A winery as the venue, and the guests’ journey drawn with the same care as the ceremony. We look after the arrival, the accommodation, the transport and the days around it, with visits and lunches booked in the region.
What Altivia organises
The venue
The winery, chosen with you from the houses that host weddings in the regions where we have a relationship. We visit beforehand to see the space, the late-afternoon light and who will open the door on the day.
The accommodation
A block of rooms in hotels, inns or country houses near the venue, at different levels for different guests, with a single booking and a single point of contact.
The guests’ transport
From the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the ceremony and back, at times that respect the party. Nobody drives after the toast.
The wine itinerary around the date
In the days before and after we book visits, lunches and tastings in small groups, for those who want them. The wedding comes to occupy the whole week.
What stays with your wedding planner
Décor, catering, music and protocol stay on their side. We work alongside the wedding planner, on the same schedule.
How it works
Conversation
An hour by video to learn the approximate date, the number of guests, where they are coming from and what you have in mind.
Proposal
We present two or three possible wineries, with accommodation, logistics and itinerary sketched out, price and timings. Where it makes sense, we make a reconnaissance trip with you.
Delivery
Once the venue is settled, Altivia looks after the guests’ travel until the last of them is home. Ludmilla is there in the region.

Accommodation inside the wineries themselves, a short flight for Brazilian guests and the cooking of the Veneto families for the night before.

Estates and whitewashed houses an hour and a half from Lisbon, for a wedding of two or three days, at village pace.
